Add Trim and Tilt?

Need some guidance. I have a 1996 25hp Johnson. I'm looking to add power trim and tilt. Any suggestions on how I can do that?

Is it a 2-cylinder or the 3-cylinder version?

I'm not sure about your motor but I found a complete setup new in the box for my 1994 Mercury 60/45 jet on Ebay several years ago. I had to buy the trim button for my controller handle but everything else was in the box. I would search Ebay, Craigslist and Facebook marketplace to see what comes up. I'm not sure if there is a reference to show a complete kit but Pappy would probably know. What is the model # and serial number on your motor?

Look for a parts motor that has the trim unit, they are expensive but well worth it..
