lake is 2 ft above normal river arms are dirty , mid lake stained . lower lake is gin clear. patterns are pre spawn,spawn and post spawn. the big sweethearts are on beds in 6 to 10 foot of water. smaller fish on shallow beds. best baits are bass-x jigs , zoom finese worms on a spot remover shaky head and if the wind is blowing in on the bank a white 1/2 oz wareagle spinner bait is very effective. a quick limit of spotted bass can be had all thru the day fishing a fluke. the flw is comeing to beaver in 2 weeks.fish should mostly be post spawn by then.

Yes it is. Wish I was a little closer to it. Then again, if I were, I'd probably be divorced and out of a job due to fishing. :lol:

i hate stripers. fished a tournament in march jerking a fluke in 2 ft of water on a flat. caught a 27 pounder. they eat $15 lucky crafts and take all you 8lb p line with them.
