Turned out great. The bottom was at the cusp of getting black in a few spots. I forgot my tri-pod, and charcoal, so I had to cook it the old fashioned way, right in the coals and throw some coals on top. I couldn't control the temperature like I can with charcoal. I rotated the dutch oven 90 degrees every 5 minutes to reduce burning in one spot, next time Ill rotate it every 3 minutes.
