You may have to turn it up a bit... I don't speak loudly.

Trying to figure out, with my restored fuel tank, why fuel is not getting to the outboard.

(couldn't figure out how to embed video, so here is the link)

Couple possibilities, one the primer ball is installed backwards or the vent on the tank is closed. Or a third thing could be trash in the tank clogging the line, There is also the fuel pump on the motor could be bad?

The double fuel line is a first for me.

Check this URL: https://www.leeroysramblings.com/Converting_dual_fuel_line.htm.

If that doesn't do it try this one: https://www.google.com/search?client=safari&rls=en&q=Troubleshooting++Evinrude+Dual+Hose+fuel+systems&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8.

I converted all my dual hose stuff to pump, but...

have you tried disconnecting the fuel line further in, past the connector, (maybe directly at the carb) to verify fuel is getting from the tank to the carb? It appears that when the line is removed that fuel is at least getting to the connector (???).

How about direct coupling the siamese line to the motor and bypassing the connectors all together?

Well I finally got her fired up.. It was a pressure issue in the tank. I saw bubbles coming from the cork seal around the intake and tank housing...

Tightened those up and gave it a few hard pumps, and got some fuel into the carb bowl.

Fired up after two pulls.

The only thing I am noticing now is some leakage around the push button primer stem... am wondering how to keep that from happening.

The stem is slightly bent so maybe I just order a new one?
