Just to give a little light on how i plan on putting this on. I gotta drill a few more holes to attach the wood to the overhang on the top. I dont need it adjustable. Call me old fashioned but i think this should do me just fine. I obviously need to put a piece of wood on there slightly larger than this plate. (boat is flipped upside down, but i flipped the picture so it looks normal)
