Hello all I'm new to the forum and to boats. I just recently picked up a 12' Dura Craft Fisherman that needed some TLC I purchased the boat for $100. Then a coworker of mine sold me a galvanized tilt trailer for $80. I've packed the bearings replaced the lights and winch and replaced bunks on trailer. Today I stripped the paint from the boat and replaced all the loose and broken rivets, then I primed, painted, and cleared the exterior. If any of you guys or gals have any idea or suggestions please let me know thank you for looking.

Looks good man.... My advice, do the minimum work to get your boat (safely) on the water a few trips so you can see what you want and how well the boat handles. Then start one project at a time.

Thanks for the advice before I started on the boat I had tried it out and she leaked pretty good so I marked all the rivets that leaked and planned just to replace them but once I stripped it I just had to paint it. Well I flipped it over and started to paint the inside. I tell you it takes a lot more to paint the inside such a light color but she is looking good
