Norris 1-12-09

Fished Norris this afternoon with my buddy AaronN from 2:30-5:45 or so. Water was muddy and trash, trees and even an old Pepsi Machine was floating everywhere. Water Temps ranged from 41-45(on a sunny bluff). Threw the box at them today. Deep and Shallow. Ended up with 1 LM and it was a keeper. Got to fight a big 10-12lb Striper that ate a crankbait there toward the end of the day. Didnt get to boat it though... the crankbait hung in the net and he rolled out. :lol: That thing was a blast on the medium action BPS cranking stick!!!

Nice fish, I bet that striper got your blood pumpin. All of the ice around here has really gotten to me. I pray that the seabass trip this weekend is not cancelled, cause I don't know how much longer I can handle not fishing. I may have to try some ice fishing if all else fails
