Here's the beginning of a boat project that I recently started. The boat was picked up from a government auction site. I'm guessing that it belonged to either the state parks as a rental or was issued to a game warden with wildlife resources. I'm leaning more toward the game warden- wildlife resources assumption mainly based on it having registration numbers affixed to the side and I've been checked in the past while duck hunting by wardens in similar boats.
Only thing that I can think of was it either came off the trailer or was hit hard by something big to sustain this kind of damage.
