Replaced fuel pump and still have fuel issues!!!

There should be no fuel at that gasket, it means you have a hole or tear in the fuel pump diaphram. You can rebuild or replace as noted by boat2fast.
 
First thing I do as soon as I connect up a fuel line: squeeze the primer bulb real good and hold it, look for leaks. When the carb is full, fuel should stop flowing, then it should hold pressure.

Which gasket exactly did you note fuel? and which hose?
