Reynobond is what I used to replace the old wood flooring in my boat. This stuff is AWESOME! It cuts like butter. Intricate details are a snap if you have a scroll saw. The thing that I like the best is that you can use a router, dremel, or circular saw and route out a line and bend it effortlessly. Contouring is just as easy but entails bringing back Geometry from high school. Aluminum rivets work hand in hand with the stuff. Since discovering Reynobond, it's the FIRST material I think of when I need to build something sturdy (i.e. deer feeders, deer stands, mailbox, etc...).
