 7:30AM-12:00PM Calm, mostly sunny, 48-65 air temps, 59-65 water temps, stained water.
Got on them early with a SK Redeye lipless crank. Three of them(12"-14") came around lily pads. No action with the SK King Shad swimbait or Deps buzzjet. Moved in closer to the wood/brush. Lost one on the first cast with a Senko. I must have forgotten to tighten down on the drag. Started pitching a 3.5" PTL Texas Rig Jig deep into the wood. Had one fish follow the lure out of the wood but it missed after seeing my boat. Finally had a solid chunk slam the TRJ as it entered the water. Saw a few bass on beds.

Nice Chunk, I'm getting excited for my trip to Parvin State Park this weekend to get into some nice southern NJ fish.
