I am running 12 volt cable to the front of my crawdad for my trolling motor(mounting the trolling motor plug) but also putting a 12 volt plug (and maybe stereo) up front too. How should I split the cable once I have it ran to the front of the boat? Maybe no stereo since I only run one battery, but still want to split it to at least the trolling motor plub and 12 volt plug.

I would suggest running 2 separate lines for each. You can use 14ga wire for your plug, and I would suggest using atleast 6-8 ga wire for the trolling motor. The longer the run, the more loss you will have, so the larger the wire, the less loss.

You can put a distribution block up in the front to run your battery cables to... then hook your trolling motor cable up to that, as well as separate lines for your plug in.

The radio won't pull that much power... just try not to use a CD because that pulls more power. My radio has a slot to put a scan disk card in, and I can also hook up an ipod or mp3 player by a USB cable.

I already bought 6 gauge to run to the front, but didn't know if and how I could split it once I ran it to the front?

That 6 gauge wire is fine for your circuit. You don't need anymore than that. Use a couple of distribution blocks up front one for + one for - . Use the 6 gauge wire from battery to dist blocks and from dist block to trolling motor use 8 gauge. Just come off the dist block with whatever size wire your circuit calls for and use the ancor watertight inline fuse for protection for each circuit and you will be peachy.
