:twisted: Caught this goldfish during our tournament today at Parvin State Park. It hit a SK Redeye lipless crank.....

Joe is that a carp? Never caught one but I saw a bunch of what you caught at Alloway. They wouldn't hit anything I threw at them!

Yep, it's a common.

Some corn threaded onto a small hook fished on bottom will usually do the job. I've had some fun days when I was younger reeling in the golden ghosts. As one of the guys on a local site calls them...."Proper Pull Downs".

I feel you pain man. Not tourny fishing but yesterday I caught a 1 1/2 pound skipjack using a 3/4 ounce sk lipless in sexyshad. He came up and smaked at it twice, Third time I felt him I swung for a homer amd fowl hooked it. For a second I thought I had a good one then I realized what it was.
