Trailer set up...

I need some help on the trailer now... This one was set up for an older 12' V hull, now I need to get it as right as possible for this 14' semi-v... I'm thinking I need to move the bunks in a bit , inside the "runners" (are these splines? ) on the bottom of the boat , but that seems to put them a bit narrow...And you can tell the weight of loading has caused the bunk brackets to slip... Any ideas/ advice sure would be appreciated... THANKS !!!

I think I would try to move them outside those rails...thats where mine sit...dow that roller touch when its on the bunks...I don't think its supposed to. I think there is a pretty good setup guide as a sticky up top on this forum.
