I need a trim pin for my outboard. Does anyone know where I can find one for my "81" 25 hp Evinrude?
Thanks

Your Evinrude is a little newer than mine but couldn't you get a piece of round stock & bend your own pin?Drill a hole at the end to put a clip in.It will get ya on the water. =D>

Know anybody with some junk outboards, even a dealer/service place.
Lots of pins out of a variety of outboards should fit or make your own like mentioned above.

cost $27 at https://shop2.evinrude.com/
Part Number: 0391270

I would try the hardware store for a solid steel rod. I seen a threaded rod used on one motor I was about to buy, but I can't say how well it worked.

I found some stainless stock at Ace Hardware and drilled a hole in each end. It looks like it'll work.
