Yes it is a waterproof marine beanbag with lifetime warranty.
The ride has always been too rough for my wife in the big boat leaving her neck and back hurting before the end of the trip. I took a trip out to the Gardens a few years ago and the guy had two of these, even though it was super rough on the way back in I slept the whole way on one and never noticed the sea state. So I bought one for the wife and now it doesn't mater what boat we are in she goes no where without her E-Searider and we can fish all day. You know the saying if the wife ant happy ant nobody happy! Since my wife fishes with me 99% of the time its money well spent.
