Troller motor question

I currently have a boat with a 36lb troller on it..I not it flexes back and forth pretty good and i noticed that under power it will naturally turn some to go in circles.
The two things I have a question about is - is there a way to shore up the troller motor, and second we were wanting to move it.We want to keep it on the front but we are trying to figure out if we mount it in the center on the front or off center on the front..
Thoughts?

Not sure if you have a problem with the mount, or the head.

Sure it might be a couple of days I may try to stop by it this afternoon. We have had some pretty good storms...

I will try to the make and model of it. It just kind of odd like you give it power and it sounds like its going to break. its got a 5 speed selection on (2) it will just troll along pretty straight, anything above and it begins to pull...so i need to look for that tension knob.

This is also a foot control.
