It was a HOT and great day catching fish today until the thunderstorms moved in. It took me a little while today to develope a pattern, but once I did, It was on! We were frequently having triple hook-ups on Specks. Throw in a few Reds and it doesn't get any better. It is the funniest sight when you take someone Redfishing for the first time. He set the hook and when the red didn't budge and ripped about 30 yards of line off, his eyes were as big as dinner plates. I do not have any pictures of the fish we caught today because they were taking plenty.
We were having a great day until 11 AM and a BAD thunderstorm developed over us. It was spitting out water spouts everywhere. We got the heck out of there and called it a day early.
You can see a water spout line hanging from the cloud.
It is forming
Touchdown!!! The pictures are not the best because I was hauling tail and it was storming.
