I have been following this guy for several years. He a great guy and one heck of a cook. Take a look at his site he has anything from soups to tacos, and who doesnt like tacos. Uses mostly saltwater but freshwater fish could be subsituted in I am sure just ask him. https://www.fishermansbelly.com
