Junction Block Good or Bad idea?

I want my two batteries in the front of my 14ft Jon to balance weight. I sit in the back and have a transom trolling motor. I saw a member post a pic of his Jon. He had mounted a positive and negative post to a cutting board on the back bench, where I assumed he would attach his T.M. The posts...

Roasty Great Job there. I have the same boat with trolling motor on transom and 2 batteries. What kind of wire and connections did you use to lengthen the battery cable? I want my batteries up in the bow if possible. Any tips?

    Anyone Build Your Own Trailer?

I have a Tracker Topper 1436 and I want to build my own trailer from scratch. It must be Galvinized. Thats about my only requirement. Im checking with local California DMV for how to register a home made "Utility" Trailer. Anyone got any tips on the construction or or registration process. Thanks

    Removable Transducer

Yeah, I may start bringing by Kayak Dolly to help me get the boat up the ramp to flat ground for an easier load in. It is rated for 300 pounds. Thanks

    Removable Transducer

Hey there Drum, That sounds like it will work just fine. The things we have to do huh... Do you have any plans to get a trailer? That would solve so many of my problems. I can't add anymore weight to the boat as I have to lift it in and out of my truck. So I spend a lot of time at the launch...

    Removable Transducer

    Removable Transducer

Awesome Website guys! Keep it up. I racked my brain trying to come up with an idea to mount my transducer. Its on a Topper 1436 that I usually toss in my truck, and drag around at launch ramps. So I knew I couldnt simply mount the transducer to the transom. It had to be removable for transport...

    2013 Tracker Topper 1436 help

i'd love to see more pics of the Harbor Freight trailer with the 1436 on it. I still throw my Topper 1436 in my truck bed. But this is getting old. How do you all like the HF Trailer? I will launch in the salt sometimes so I may have to go Galvinized. But the HF price is nice. I love my 1436...

San Diego Bay & Mission Bay

Awesome. I bet the Gregor does pretty good in the chop. My flat Jon is a little rough. This weekend I finally ventured out about a mile from Dana Point Harbor where I launched. San Diego Bay & Mission Bay

I fish inside SD Bay near Shelter Island quite a bit. Im often tempted to head right out to open water, but being in a 1436 im a little nervous. I handle these waters in a Kayak with no problem. Just wondering if anyone has ventured out of the bays in a little tin. Any tips? Thanks
