12ft V-bottom front deck project

Hi, i would like to ask some questions about makeing a front deck for my 12 footer. First off not even about the deck but the boat has some leaks what can use to fix that? another question is i would like the deck to be on the first bench and on the second bench what do i use for suport bettween the benches? There are some pics

Do some searching on both of these topics.....lots of info on here...also check out all the boats that have already been completes in the project section....I like the Starcraft 16' V-hull...

Your deck can be done so many different ways....off the top of my head ](*,) I would say runn some 2X4's or 2X3's right on top of the benches...then go from there....
