Bought my first boat a couple weeks ago. Just looking for ideas. I wish there were only two benches in it cause it can be cramped. If I were to cut out a bench or two would I have to go back and reinforce it? I'd like to add something to level out the front few feet or so maybe for troller and FF. I'm still looking for an outboard to add, and probably looking at 7-15 horse. Would it be to tippy to deck the front to the back of first bench at bench height? I could possibly be on a choppy water at times.

Haven't touched the boat yet, but have started working on the trailer. Fun times with a grinder. I will probably put a base coat of Rustoleum rusty metal primer. Hopefully that will be sufficient.
