1973 16 ft loweline flooring help

great site here.need some help on floor.when i put a level on floor there is abt 3 inch gap in center.what is the proper way to get the floor to be solid.i will be cutting the middle seat out and leaving enough for a bench,both sides will be storage comp,live well. front is gonna be decked from first big seat to front.back will be covered ,fuel tank and battery will be back there. we had a big storm the other nite filled boat up,didnt leak,thinkin abt putting rhino lining on bottom.bought a gallon for 20 dollars.i run a johnson 20 on this and it runs.any help is very helpful.i will be posting as i build this.thank you for the replies.

i think im just gonna put 1 x 3 x 14 spacers between the ribs ,because when i put the wood down it flexed just a little in the middle.how is the burgh.miss living near there and catchin the muskie,pike and walleyes.ill keep posting them as i go.had a hell of a time replacing the transom the two supports i couldnt get wood in there.so i cut them out.they will be replaced when i frame it in.

I HAVE A 79 16FT LOWELINE, I MADE SUPPORTS FROM SIDE TO SIDE THAT FOLLOWED THE HULL CONTOUR AND THE WORK GREAT, THERE ARE THREE FOR EACH OF THE 2 SECTIONS OF FLOOR(MY MID BENCH IS IN FOR THE MOMENT). I MADE MY DECK SO IT SAT ON THE FRONT 2 BENCHES. IF YOU WANT pm ME AND I WILL SEND YOU SOME PICS. ID POST THEM BUT I DONT KNOW HOW TO RESIZE THEM.....
