I want to thank member shamoo for posting his fishing report on Alloway lake. I never heard of it before so I did a google search and found directions. I decided to check it out today. Fished 8am-1pm. Air temp was hotttt! 97 degrees and water reached 83 degrees.Water was stained/murky. I started out with soft plastic (senko) in black/blue flake T-rigged around standing timber. caught a few small bass (around 1lb). Threw a strike king redeye shad and caught another 1 pounder and a small pickeral. Moved over to some grass and threw the senko wacky rigged and caught my biggest of the day (2/12lbs). Very nice lake. Will go back again.
