Fished 7:30am-1:00pm. Air temps were between 45-50 degrees. very windy with with water temp around 48 degrees.
A friend and I decided to fish Alloway lake on Sunday. Started out in the back of the lake where its shallow throwing soft plastics/jigs around wood. Nothing was biting so after about an hour we decided to head back to the front of the lake near the dam where the water depth was a little deeper (6-9ft) and started throwing the SK lipless crankbait. Partner got the first bite a nice 3lb bass. next was my turn got a nice 5lb bass. We stayed in the middle the rest of the day only catching 2 more bass around 2lbs.
