You probably have to be older to get this one. I have always like this...
There were 2 bulls standing on a slight hill looking at all the cows in the pasture below. A little breeze strated to blow and the cows started to stumle around a bit. The cows looked up at the bulls and they are just standing there swaying back and forth. After a few minutes the wind pciked up and the cows started getting blown over and were having a hard time getting back up. The cows looked up and the bulls were still just standing there swaying back and forth. Then the wind really started blowing hard and the cows were getting blown around the ground up and against the fence and against the trees and the bulls are still just standing there swaying back and forth.
Finally the wind stops and the cows get up and dust themselves off and a few of them walk up to the bulls and said "what is the deal here. We get blown all over the pasture up against the fence and trees and you two just stand up here swaying"
The bulls replied -- "Didn't you know...WE BULLS WOBBLE BUT WE DON'T FALL DOWN"
