Anybody ever smoked a turkey????????

I have 3 wild turkeys in the freezer that I'm supposed to smoke.But i've never done it,anybody got any recipes or ideas.

Are they whole or just turkey breasts?

I've done it a few times and although they have a good flavor, wild turkeys are just tougher than store bought birds.

There whole,and to be honest I have no clue as what to do with them.Ive smoked whole chickens
and done well with those.Is it about the same?

yes about the same my wife does turkey breasts all the time in fact we are having one tommorow. they come out very juicy
she also does whole chickens cornish hens they are all awesome

We just cut the breast out and cook it on the pit. The legs are usually to stringy to eat.
