OK...........so I sold my 1230 and went with a new 1236 and what a difference crossing the ICW when the big boys come by or wind kicks up. It was like the old "Frogger" game before. Anyway.......the new boat has NO anchor rings to tie anchor or bait bucket like the older boats. I guess that save them $5 at the most. So what do you use for an anchor tie down? The ribs are too wide to attach a carabineer and a rope tied around the rib is not ideal. Only solution is to add a few cleats unless you guys have a better idea. Also if adding the cleats........where? I like for anchor cleats to have a nut on the backside and I don't see a place to do that either. #-o

I would consider the transom corner braces for the stern, and on the inside of the bow, just below the lip.
