Bimini top slide rail advice/question.

I was looking to put a bimini top on my 1648 alweld. I want to put the sliding rail o. The sides but am unsure how to mount them properly. The top of my boat sides are rounded so a top mount slide rail is out of the question. The side mount slide rails look like they will work but then how do you mount the bimini top to it. Its at an angle to the installed rail?

Any light shedding would be appreciated.

Well I called a couple companies and figured out a way to make it work. Essentially I bought a 36" rail to mount on the side walls. With the walls angled out I also picked up some universal 180 degree pivot deck mounts and track pieces so it'll mount up. I think it'll work out fine.

Also ordered the ebay special 6'x46" tall bimini top.

My gunnels are round at the top, I just mounted the slide track to them anyway, no issues.
