I lost my balance and broke my windsheild  . It is made of poly-carbonated plastic. I have tried epoxy and crazy glue. I'm going to replace it but till then I have to fix it. What to use? Any help would be great.

the ONLY thing that will bond it successfully is MEK. Methyl Ethel Keytone.
also known as WELD-ON Acrylic Solvent Cement
it is water thin, applied with a hypodermic syringe. available at plastic shops
and major glass shops.
you can probably find it at Home Depot or Lowes .
it is an animal of its own nature - special formula just for bonding plastics.
a two ounce bottle will last several years.
if you can get some scrap plastic of the same type
as your windshield to practice on, will be MOST helpful !!
if you have already applied super glue or epoxy ..... ALL OF IT must be removed.
MEK is not a gap filler !!! the two mating surfaces MUST BE perfectly mated with NO gaps.
MEK will melt the two mating surfaces together. it runs like water, so you must
be prepared to QUICKLY remove any excess.
MEK bonds with capillary action . . . meaning the two pieces must be TIGHT together
so the liquid will seep up the crack to form a permanent bond.
I have successfully bonded two pieces of plexiglass together with an invisible seam
with MEK. If you can find a shop that makes large plastic aquariums, they will have it.

go to YOUTUBE and search for repair plastic with MEK
