First time bass fishing

Went to a relative of my aunts private pond to fish bass for the first time (or I should say to catch bass for the first time), first 2 casts caught these 2.....23" and 22", 7.5lbs and upper 6lbs on the 2nd one. Caught on a plastic minnow, after I caught these they stopped biting, caught a few 12"ers on a trick worm after then switched to bream fishing.

That's a couple of nice catches, especially for your first two bass. I don't remember the first bass I caught, probably been about ten years back, but I'm sure it wasn't that big.
