I've always used a Weber, preferring the taste of charcoal. Mesquite for Fish, Shrimp, Chicken or
Hickory for Pork and Beef. I also found that Western Red Cedar goes great with Salmon.
Plus at least 2 glasses of wine with what ever I'm grilling! :D Party On!

Table top Webber for hot dogs and hamburgers, the one that uses a 1lb bottle. Anything else goes on the Brinkman barrel grill with charcoal or I mostly use seasoned white oak. I've been using a Chimney Charcoal Starter for years now and really like it. Stopped using starter fluid about 20 yrs ago. [-X Also love the sweetness that white oak gives to the meat.
