how do i find out year and information on outboard motor?

i have a 15HP mariner outboard serial # 0C269289
is there some place where i could find out what year it is?
or any other information on it? like how much it weighs and etc.

any help will be apprieciated!

I am almost positive it is a 1990. When looking up Mariners serial numbers the 0C for the 15hp was 1990.

Could the last 2 numbers be a clue?I'm not sure on Mariners.
