I have a 14 ft alumacraft that has had transom extended to 20 inches. My short shaft is 3 1/2 inches short. Anyone ever tried to turn mini jacker upside down to lower motor.

It won't work.
The mini jacker has 4 inches of set back which is not enough to clear the motor screw clamps if you try to use it to lower your motor.

I new that was to easy. Ha Ha

Just a thought, but could you remove the screw clamps and bolt the motor to the minijacker?

You might have a problem when tilting the motor up.
