New to Me 1448 Grizzly

I just picked up a 2000 1448 Grizzly with a 25 hp Merc 2-stroke (Model 25ELH).

Hope you don't mind a few 'newbie' questions, cuz I'm going to have a few. :mrgreen:

What are your plans for it?

At a minimum, I'd like to put a floor in it, put cushions or carpet on the rear benches, put a trolling motor up front, add a depth finder and add a couple of pedestal seats.

I still need to get a gas tank and a battery, so that's where I'll start.

I'll need a plug too so it doesn't sink. :lol:

Nice hull to start with. Does it have the TRAC? If it does, you can mount all kinds of stuff to it without having to drill any holes.

Get a nice FLAT LEVEL deck so you can walk around for fishing.
Don't make your passengers struggle.
