Congrats. from me also... I am a retired Home builder and have had the privilede to build many homes...There is nothing like turning the keys over to a new owner, knowing you have done everything you could to make this house someones home..I always told my crew that they weren't build houses but homes...I wanted so bad for them to share in the good feeling as well as any complaints, I (with his permission) always gave the new home owners my formans phone number as well as mine...It gave the crew forman some real ownership to the product we were handing over....
I pray only good things will come to you and your family in your new home.

Congrats on the purchase. Now it's time for you to change everything in there that the previous owner had no idea of what he was doing. Who would paint the walls that color? Why did they live in the dark? What does this switch operate? It goes on and on.
