Well, I think I have found a boat to do my inboard JetJon conversion. However, it will not be available until next year. The owners (mom) need to locate a pontoon first before they sell this one. I was told it's a 1978 Lowe model. New wood, carpet, radio and speakers. It has the side console which is what I am wanting. Could anyone give me anymore info on these models? I have Googled hull thickness, weight and what the boat is even worth. I've had no luck. All of that new wood that was put in will be ripped out because I will be going with aluminum for the front and rear decking. Of course the radio will be going back in! Let me know any info if available! Thanks again!

Looks like a decent boat to get and then tear apart. I would think it would be cheaper to find one that was a bare hull.

I won't get the size boat I want for the price my mom is asking for this one. She's only wanting $350 to cover the radio, speakers, wood and carpet. She got the boat and trailer for free. Plus, this one has the side console. A bare hull will not 8)

$350? I didn't think it would be that low. For that price you have to go for it.
