Question about OLD Mercury Fuel Tank

I have an old mercury metal 6 gallon tank and have been looking for the lens for the gauge and also a new gasket for the fitting. Does anyone know where to get these parts. Thanks

I read on another forum where a guy had cut his own replacement lens from a piece of plexiglass and after 3 years it still looked great and was working like the original.
