If you actually wrapped the ends with fiberglass and not just the resin it might last. I would just use plywood and treat it.
 
thanks guys plywood it is i will just use the 3/4 osb for the decking if thats ok and thank again guys =D> =D> =D>
 
If you seal it with glass resin it should last you some, but like thers have said OSB is basicly a saw dust version of a sponge. It will soak up water and rot.
 
NO.

OSB is not intended for that type of use. It's not strong enough even when it hasn't rotted. Don't do it.
