Hi guys ! Haven't been on here for quite a while, I got really sick with pneumonia that just about killed me...So finally I'm in shape enough to work on my Alumacraft T14s v hull... I've decked the front for a Minnkota PD V2, and now it makes the front seat a bit crowded... I know it's been discussed a gazillion times, but what do you think about taking the front seat out and moving the middle seat about halfway forward ? The hull material seems to be very sturdy (much thicker than my old Sears 14 flatbottom), there's lots of braces on the hull...I'm sure it won't be a problem on the 'Hootch when I'm trout fishing, but I wonder about on the bigger waters...I've got a 9.9 with a 15 carb and a high speed prop, still doesn't go very fast...

I doubt you'd have a problem with it, provided you reattached the seat in a similar manner to it's current installation.
