What are your recipes for a shore lunch while fishing in your boat?

We basically used 2 methods, catch the walleye 10 minutes before lunch, filet them, roll in mix of cornmeal and flour. Pan fry these, salt and papper to taste, sometimes we would have beans with it, sometimes potatoes and onions.

2nd method was similar to video
get some more walleye of course
Use large piece of heavy foil, cut onions and place on foil (1 per person)
Cut potatoes up small to cook faster
Cover onions with walleye pieces (no breading), potatoes, salt, pepper, butter and enough liquid (I use wine) some use tomato juice to keep the whole thing steaming. Fold over foil and make a sealed tent sorta. Put on the fire for about 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are done

Here is how a friend of mine does it with carp
Get a nice cedar board, filet the carp and place on board on grill, cook till done, throw carp away and eat the board :LOL2:
