Alright so I had a Motorguide X3, after year and a half it died on me, had my dad replace all the seals and clean it up, worked for three months and I put it in storage. Now I went to mount it on my new boat and it's shot again, obviously a crack in the housing somewhere......pretty disappointed honestly. However in the process I had bought plugs for it that were specified as Motor Guide plugs, I'm buying Minn Kota this time around, will the plug still work??? it just had two connections a red and a black I don't see why it wouldn't but it is advertised as a MotorGuide plug. Thanks
