Who else manufactures boats like this?

It seems most mainstream manufacturers these days try to squeeze in the biggest possible back deck. I need a boat with a minimal stern. I know some Northwestern style boats do that and some deep V aluminum boats. I need a flat bottom shallow drafting one like the one pictured below that doesnt cost an arm and a leg (somewhere near East Tennessee would be nice too). Anyone know of other manufacturers that do that?

The SeaArk 2072 doesn't have much of a rear deck, the Tracker V175 as well, but it won't run shallow.

Do you want the console up front like that, or does it not matter?
