Wiring help

Guys,
Here's what I need to wire:
Running lights, 2 depth finders, stereo, bilge.

Here's what I have:
2 stowaway batteries both new- I've always used these with no problems
6 switch marine panel

What size wire to extend the trolling motor?
Also, do I need to run everything to a fuse box or anything else?
I've been told on my trolling motors and depth finders to have fuses running off of them onto my power supply/fuse box for short prevention. I was told not to use inline fuses instead use the car type fuses.
What amp fuse?
Does anyone have any diagrams on how they ran theirs or a sight that would help a novice electrician?

most depth finders only use a 1 or 2 amp fuse as for the trolling motor 4' #4 wire and longer #6 and the rest #16 for everything and maybe #12 for lights
and a good rule is match the wire unit uses.
