14 ft starcraft v hull

Got this boat for free from a friend who just had it sittin taking up space...abd he thought it was junk but i saw a diamond in the rough. I had alot of fun doing this!

What did you use to paint the underside of the hull. You did a bang up job on the inside too!

I used rust o leum aluminum colored oil based paint, put on 2 coats with a cheap hplv spray gun i got from harbor freight...then i shot a couple coats of clear coat. It has been holding up quite well so far

Turned out to be very stable, get around 15 to 17 mph according to my gps, me and a buddy can both stand up and fish in itno problem. Next i wanna get a bow mount trolling motor and pedestal seat , maybe a radio too!

Just added a bow mount trolling motor...got it on craigslist for 25 bucks! Everything works on it too! 36 lbs thrust moves me just fine

Couldnt ask for better luck found brand new in the box pyle marine speakers and waterproof cover at a rummage sale for 5 bucks each! Couldnt believe it
