I started with a basic 14 foot Gamefisher on a home made trailer. So fare I have added decks and a 75lb trolling motor. I still have to run the wiring, install the fish finder, and install carpeting.
Oops, the pictures are in backwards order.

The PVC pipe is to run the wiring for my trolling motor, fish finder, and lights

Just make sure you run the transducer line seperate from the power line, can cause interference.

95% complete. Just have to hook up the batteries and finish trimming the storage areas. I'll be fishing by Saturday.

AWSOME JOB FOR SURE!

I'M STOKED!
I just went and bought the EXACT boat, it can pass as it's twin!
I'm looking to do exactly what you did!
Mine is a 1981 Gamefisher 14ft (57" beam) & came with a home made trailer, 1989 4 hp Evinrude ( have receipt of $690 work done on it last year, completely went over whole motor, installed carb kit, all gaskets, lower unit rebuild with water impeller installed, ect...), new in box Eagle Cuda 300, and like new transom mount MK Endura 40 lb thrust.
Picked it up for $800!
I hope you don't mind me copying some of your ideas, especially moving the center bench seat to the rear next to the rear bench! never though that would work, but beam in both palces must be the same. Have to check mine.
Again, thanks a bunch for posting this, your boat looks AWSOME, and hopefully mine wil too.
Not sure if I'm gunna tackle it now, or later.
Knowing me, I'll have it done by next week!

Copy away. I got my ideas from copying other guys on this site. As for the stability, it's great. I have to watch my step a little standing in front of the front seat. Otherwise it's great. The three things I would do differently would be to get a smaller trolling motor (75lb thrust is a bit too much and it uses 24 volts = 2 batteries), paint or seal the bottom after I moved the bench seat (I have a small leak), and add a small keel (the flat bottom "skids" with the trolling motor on the bow).

I plan on sealing whole interior bottom before adding floor (if I do add floor).
I may just install front back raised decks.
Floor looks sweet, but also added weight.
Gunna have to search here for ideas on what to use.
Yea, 75 lb tm is overkill, but better too much than not enough.
I plan on going with a MK Edge 12V 55lb thrust.

Mine has about a 1-1/2" tall center keel on hull bottom that goes from bow all the way to the very back.
