14ft Sea King Montgomery Ward identification

I got a boat a few weeks ago. I want to get it registered and cannot figure out the year the boat was made.
The serial No. is 61-2672 Model is 9092 as far as I can tell. I have been looking online for seaking model 9092 and cannot find it anywhere.

Do you have to have the year to register it in your state? It looks old enough to have not ever had a HIN.
HIN's were not used until 1971/72.

I have one fairly similar but no ID marks. Mine is also roughly from the 60's. No HIN available, in MN I did not need a HIN to get it registered ... I think either since it was older then when HIN was standard , or because it was under 16 ft.
