16' Alweld to bass boat

Here's another build I recently did. I had a guy from Round Rock, Texas call me about some modifications to his Alweld hull, I'm like Round Rock? That's north of Austin, how these guys find me I have no idea, as I'm in the Galveston area. Anyhow, Randy (the owner) brings his 16' er to me and explains he wants a front deck with storage, a floor laid between the front deck and the back, a back deck area with 2 storage compartments, a extension on the mid deck with a compartment for the gas tank and the console welded down to the floor. Here is what I came up with.

I dig the framing as always, cool look with the control on the side, but won't that get in the way of vertical rod racks on the side of the center console? Just my thoughts...

Gators, there is room in front of the console for rod holders, I have no idea how he plans on finishing it out. If he sends me pics, I will post em.
