18HP Evinrude, Year & Model ????

Hi all, could somebody tell or direct me ? I purchased an older Evinrude 18 hp # 15028-11483 I need to order a manual and these are the only numbers I could find ? The cover says Golden Jubilee ? would anybody know how to find the year and model with those numbers? Any and all help will be very appreciated. Thanks :?
