Has anybody ever replaced the tiller handle and bracket on an evinrude? If so how difficult is it and any suggestions?

Pretty much the powerhead has to come off. From that point it is is pretty easy. The powerhead is also easy to remove. Remember to purchase a new powerhead base gasket before doing the job.
